FELONY ARRESTS

Jennifer R. Moeggenberg, 28, of the 700 block of Shasta Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:20 a.m. Sept. 20 at her residence on suspicion of spousal abuse. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Julio C. Velasco Barajas, 25, of the 300 block of River Oaks Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department Sept. 20 at Percy Avenue on suspicion of evading police, being a felon in possession of a firearm, large-capacity magazine and ammunition. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Ernest L. Stillman, 52, of the 2300 block of Madrone Street, Sutter, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office at 9:48 p.m. Sept. 19 at Acacia Street on suspicion of receiving known stolen property. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Bandith N. Banthao, 36, homeless, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 19 in the 5800 block of Feather River Boulevard on suspicion of criminal threats. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Dylon P. Jaramillo, 20, of the 3300 block of David Lane, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 2:45 p.m. Sept. 19 on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

DUI ARRESTS

Jasdeep Singh, 35, of the 1100 block of Casita Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10:44 p.m. Sept. 17 at the intersection of Gray Avenue and Kimball Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Vincent D. Ciulei, 42, of the 2100 block of Highway 65, Wheatland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:07 p.m. Sept. 17 on Marysville Road. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
