Miguel A. Rodriguez, 30, of the 9600 block of K Street, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 15 at his residence on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and battery with serious bodily injury. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Cedrick L. Peavy, 55, of the 8900 block of Garden Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 15 in the 5900 block of Garden Avenue on suspicion corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant and assault with a deadly weapon not a firearm. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Johnathen B. Coker, 30, of the 2400 block of Warren Road, Nicolaus, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:40 p.m. Oct. 13 at Earl Road on suspicion of criminal threats and assaulting an officer. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Dewayne L. Nelson, 43, of the 4600 block of Fleming Way, Olivehurst,
was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 1:28 p.m. Oct. 13 at Sampson Street on suspicion of evading police and driving under the influence. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
David V. Harlow, 39, homeless, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office at 10:59 a.m. Oct. 13 in the 9900 block of Loma Rica Road on suspicion of evading police. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Judy L. Duvall, 70, of the 700 block of Lincoln Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:31 p.m. Oct. 15 at
her residence. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Sean P. Rounds, 40, of Wheatland, was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department at 12:01 a.m. Oct. 15. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Jose F. Lopez, 43, of the 700 block of Bogue Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:38 a.m. Oct. 14 at Highway 70 and North Beale Road. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Alejandro Lopez, 35, of Gridley, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 8:45 p.m. Oct. 13 in the 1100 block of B Street. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
