Sarah Y. Warren Munger, 27, of Sacramento, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 16 at Locust Street on suspicion of conspiracy, identity theft and receiving known stolen property.

26, of North Highlands, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 16 at Locust Street on suspicion of vandalism, conspiracy and destroying or concealing evidence. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Donald W. Jenner, 52, of the 1100 block of Galaxy Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office at 9:27 a.m. Feb. 16 at his residence on suspicion of being a felon in possession of ammunition. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Jessica A. Saunders, 38, of the 5500 block of South Gledhill, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:18 a.m. Feb. 16 in the 400 block of Bridge Street on suspicion of stealing a vehicle. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DUI ARRESTS

44, of the 1100 block of Melton Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10:45 p.m. Feb. 17 at Market Street. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Raymond E. Caramanica, 20, of the 2400 block of Glasgow Drive, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:28 p.m. Feb. 17 at Garden Highway. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

20, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:53 a.m. Feb. 17 at Highway 99 and Howsley Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
