Registrati­on to all tours, hikes and presentati­ons can be done on the Yuba-sutter Chamber of Commerce website at https:// www.yubasutter­chamber.com/ field-trips.html. Tour leaders will lead caravans from the Feather River Academy located at 1895 Lassen Boulevard, Yuba City. Organizers encourage participan­ts to arrive 30 minutes before a scheduled event. Most field trips will be limited to the first 20 reservatio­ns but walkins will be accepted if there are available spots.

Friday, Nov. 8: Check-in begins at Swan Central, Feather River Academy 2 p.m. The afternoon agenda includes:

Swan Car Sunset Tour, 3:30-5:30 p.m.

Valley Owl Prowl, 3:30-9 p.m. Short Film Viewings: Fire Wise and Searching the Gold Spot, 7:308:30 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 9 activities include: Raptor Retreat, 7:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Birding at Beale, 7:30 a.m.noon (second form of identifica­tion needed to enter the base).

East Ridge Hike and Wine Tasting, 7:30 a.m.-2 p.m.

Birding at Bobelaine Sanctuary, 8 a.m.-12 p.m.

Swan Car Tour 9-11 a.m., 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., 3:305:30 p.m.

Budding Birders Bingo (Birdwatchi­ng for kids), 10 a.m.noon.

The Essentials of Bird Photograph­y with Stephen Fischer, 10 a.m.-noon.
