Where to pick up meals during the summer
Here is a list of places to pick up summer meals for the kids.

Marysville Joint Unified School District
Marysville Joint Unified School District is providing meals Mondays and Thursdays through July 16 for children 18 years old and younger.
Each child receives three breakfasts and three lunches on both days in the mobile walk-up or drive-through meal service – Monday’s distribution includes meals for the first half of the week, and Thursday’s distribution includes meals for the second half of the week, excluding Sunday.
Participants are encouraged to remain in their vehicle and children must be present to receive meals, which must be consumed off site.
Meals are available at Cedar Lane Elementary School, Ella Elementary School, Foothill Intermediate School, Johnson Park Elementary School, Kynoch Elementary School and Linda Elementary School from 9:30-10:15 a.m.
Meals can also be picked up from the following locations:
– Brownsville Fire Station from 10-10:20 a.m.
– Willow Glen, Oregon House, from 10:3510:45 a.m.
– Foothills Christian Center, across from the post office in Dobbins from 11-11:10 a.m.

Yuba City Unified School District
Yuba City Unified School District is offering free summer meals through Aug. 7 – excluding July 3 – for children 18 years old and younger.
Meals are served Monday through Friday from 9-10 a.m. – on Fridays, meals for the weekend are also provided.
Extra meals will be distributed on July 2 because sites are closed on July 3.
Meals can be picked up from the following sites:
– Andros Karperos Middle School, 1700 Camino de Flores
– April Lane Elementary School, 800 April Lane
– Bridge Street Elementary School, 500 Bridge St.
– Butte Vista Elementary School, 2195 Blevin Road
– Park Avenue Elementary School, 100 Morton St.
– Riverbend Elementary School, 301 Stewart Road
– Richland Housing Center, 448 Garden Highway
Colusa County Office of Education
The Colusa County Office of Education’s summer food program is open to children 18 years old and younger Monday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to noon – two day’s worth of food is provided on Thursdays.
Meals will be served through July 31 – closed on July 3 – at Education Village, 499 Marguerite St., Williams, and the Colusa Children’s Center, 705 Sixth St., Colusa.
YES Charter Academy
Yuba Environment Science Charter Academy is offering opportunities for families to pick up breakfast and lunch two days per week.
Meals can be picked up on Tuesdays and Thursdays – three day’s worth of meals are distributed on Tuesdays and four are distributed on Thursdays.
Meal service is available for children 18 years old and younger. Participants are encouraged to stay in their vehicles and meals must be consumed off site – children can’t collect meals from multiple sites in a single day.
Call the YES Charter Academy front office at 692-2210 to be put on the delivery list.
Meals are distributed at YES Charter Academy from 11:15-11:45 a.m.
