Christophe­r John Collins, 45, passed away with his family by his side on March 18, 2024.

A lifelong resident of of the Yuba - Sutter area. He was a 1997 graduate of Live Oak High School and former member of the Live Oak Lions Club.

Chris loved to travel and spend time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, of 20 years Cathy; his son, Chase; father, Joseph; mother, Anita; step-mother, Susan; siblings, Dustin, Robert, Cindy and Teresa.

He is also survived by his loving uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Chris was a strong and caring man who was always protective of everyone he cared about.

He will be forever remembered and missed by all who loved and knew him.

Timmy W. Mcdaniel, 65, of Marysville, CA, passed away on March 2, 2024.

Born January 4, 1959, in Yuba City, CA, to Kenneth L and Edna Mae Mcdaniel. He was the youngest of seven children.

Timmy grew up in and became a proud lifelong resident of Marysville, CA, where he worked and raised his children together with Susan Malone.

He enjoyed his family, going to the local stock car racetrack, the outdoors and any activity his grandchild­ren were doing.

Proceeded in death by his father, Kenneth L. Mcdaniel; his mother, Edna Mae Mcdaniel; brothers, Ed Mcdaniel, Jack Mcdaniel and Kenny Mcdaniel.

He is survived by and will be dearly missed by his wife, Maria Mcdaniel; his sisters, Edna Marie (Mcdaniel) Bell of Los Molinos, CA, and Mary Ann Wood of Yuba City, CA.; brother, John Mcdaniel (Shelly) of Gridley, CA,; His children, Shannon Wood of Marysville, CA., Timothy Mcdaniel (Tara) of Wheatland, CA, Katie Mcdaniel (Kenny) of Marysville, CA, Casey Hernandez (Robert) of Marysville, CA, Kelly Rosano (Joey) of Marysville, CA.; seventeen grandchild­ren, numerous nieces and nephews, and many good friends.

Private Burial will take place at Keystone Cemetery in Dobbins, CA, where he will be put to eternal rest with his lifelong partner and his children’s mother, Susan Malone.

Earl David Burrow, 88, born May 28, 1935, beloved husband of Virginia Burrow, peacefully entered heaven Monday, April 8, 2024. He was at home surrounded by his family.

Earl was born in Chandler, Oklahoma, to Noah and Lillie (Jones) Burrow. His family moved to California when he was twelve. He lived the remainder of his years in northern California.

Earl managed Nulaid Food feed mills for 40 years in Rio Linda, Petaluma and Ripon. He was known for his God given gift of creativity, a craftsman and master gardener. He built homes, furniture, woodcrafts of all kinds and could always be found excitedly working on the next project. He enjoyed the outdoors, landscapin­g and tending a summer vegetable garden. Camping, deer hunting, traveling in their motorhome were favorite things to do.

Earl met the love of his life in a church in Olivehurst, California, where they were married and then 70 years later in 2023, celebrated their anniversar­y in the same church surrounded by five generation­s of family their love had grown. As our patriarch he left a legacy of Godly faith, integrity, love and kindness. He will be missed.

Earl was preceded in death by his parents, Noah and Lillie Burrow; his siblings, Glen Burrow, Cecil Burrow, Beatrice Misgrave, Jesse Burrow and Rev. Joseph Burrow.

Earl is survived by his beloved wife, Virginia Dee Burrow (Wilkie); daughter, Cathy Meyer Dove (Robert); and son, David Burrow (Lisa). Earl was grandpa B to grandchild­ren, Anthony Meyer (Rachelle), Whitney Okumura (Rob), Justin Burrow (Jena); greatgrand­children, Alyssa Lattuca (Anthony), Kyra Harrington (Bradley), AJ Meyer (Natalee), Owen Okumura, Oliver Okumura and Jace Burrow; great-great-grandchild­ren, Rylan Harrington, Charlotte Lattuca and Grayson Harrington. Earl is survived by many extended family members and friends.

A celebratio­n of life service will be held at 11am, on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at the Sierra View Memorial Park Chapel located at 4900 Olive Ave., Olivehurst, CA. Followed by a lunch gathering at the home of grandchild­ren, Anthony and Rachelle Meyer, 1531 Honor Oak, Yuba City, CA. Please join us in celebratin­g a life well lived and share your memories.

Gary Charles Mallett was born on March 29, 1943, in Yuba City CA, to parents, Beri and Marie Mallett. He died January 14, 2024, in Hermiston, OR, at the age of 80 years.

Gary grew up in Yuba City, CA, and graduated from Yuba City Union High School in 1961. After graduating he went on to work for Crum Meat Company in Mcarthur, CA, where his passion for the meat industry started.

He then worked for Del-pero-mondon Meat Company in Marysville, CA, while living in Yuba City, CA, he was also a volunteer fire fighter. Later he expanded his meat processing career by purchasing a small meat plant in Stanfield, OR, in 1977, (Huston Meat Co.) and moved his family to pursue his passion.

In Stanfield he continued his volunteer firefighti­ng as a training agent.

In 1985 he went into partnershi­p with Eric Clow, operating Eastern Oregon Mobile Slaughter, where he built an enormous customer base and great relationsh­ip with the community that he cherished.

Gary spent a lot of his time working (of course) and was quite the avid golfer. After almost 50 years of cutting meat, he retired to pursue one of his fabvorite hobbies, camping.

He was a camp host for several years in northern California, before FINALLY retiring (again) and moving back to Hermiston, OR.

Gary was a member of the Elks, Eagles and Moose Lodges.

Gary is survived by his beloved dog, Gidget; his sister, Virginia of Tacoma WA, sister, Linda of Boerne, TX,; brother, Kenny of Yuba City CA; and sister, Velda (John) of Hermiston OR; daughters, Annette (Ed) of Hermiston, OR, Debbie (Frank) of Fossil, OR; grandchild­ren Jacob, Jamie (Bill), James, Michael (Codi), Christophe­r (Falica), Daniel (Krysten), Jannette (Rich), Trevor (Tiffani), Blake, Alexis, and Casee; great -grandchild­ern Charlie, Dusty, Twila, Hunter, Wyatt, Rhett, Hanna, River and Koda; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, an infant son, Christophe­r; brother, Garland; and wife, Jackie.
