FELONY ARRESTS

Armando Joven, 32, of the 1000 block of Gilliland Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office at 3:24 a.m. April 14 at Railroad Avenue and Hastings Way, Yuba City, on suspicion of offering a bribe to a witness. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Hardeep Singh, 39, of the 1200 block of Crest Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office at 5:19 a.m. April 14 at the 1400 block of Hayne Avenue, on suspicion of robbery, making criminal threats with intent to terrorize, receiving known stolen property. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Robert Tapp, 31, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:53 p.m. April 14 at the 3100 block of Colusa-frontage Road, on suspicion of arson of property. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Travis Shores, 24, of the

1700 block of Linda Avenue, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:30 p.m. April 15 at Hughes and Mosley, on suspicion of making criminal threats with intent to terrorize. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DUI ARRESTS

Brittney Heimbecher, 30, of the 600 block of Corby Court, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:35 p.m. April 14 at her own residence. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Koobmeng Her, 38, of the

200 block of Lonely Oak Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office at 12:13 a.m. April 14 at Garden Highway and Eureka Way. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Jorge Leyva, 29, of Sacramento, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9 p.m. April 14 at Bogue and Jeffery Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Jaime Reyes, 49, of the 1100 block of Melton Drive, Yuba City,was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:55 p.m. April 15 at Sutter Street and Bridge Street. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
