July 20, 1978 Aug. 4, 2016 Zebedia Alan “Zeb” Brewer, 38, of Anderson, Mo., died Thursday, Aug. 4, 2016, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He entered this life on July 20, 1978, in Anderson, born to the union of David Frank and Julia Jean “Judy” Brewer.

He attended McDonald County Schools and was a lifelong resident of Anderson. He worked in the field of trucking and, for the last two years, was employed by Ruan Transporta­tion Management Systems in Neosho, Mo. He loved his family, motorcycle­s, swimming, fishing, hunting and simply being outdoors. He was a member of the Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church in Noel, Mo.

He is survived by his two children, Makayla and Dylan Brewer of the home; his parents, David and Judy Brewer of Anderson; two brothers, Mark Brewer of Neosho and Justin Brewer and wife Nancy of Blue Springs, Mo.; two sisters, Lisa Luce and husband Chris of Claremore, Okla., and Amy Franklin and husband Tony of Anderson; his girlfriend and companion, Jamie Ford; the mother of his children, Barbara Marney of Neosho, Mo.; and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral Mass for Zeb was held Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2016, at the Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church in Noel. Father Derek Swanson officiated.

Burial followed in the Jane Cemetery. Those honoring his life by serving as pallbearer­s were Justin Brewer, Matt Brewer, Braydon Brewer, Skyler Brewer, Chris Luce and Tony Franklin.

The family received friends Monday in the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Homes.
