Jimmy Wanna “Sissy” Osburn

Aug. 3, 1938 Aug. 29, 2016 Jimmy Wanna “Sissy” Osburn, 78, of Noel, Mo., died Monday, Aug. 29, at the Golden Living Center in Anderson, Mo.

She was born on Aug. 3, 1938, in Quinton, Okla., to the late Nicholas and Jimmie Roberts.

She married Leslie Osburn on July 14, 1978, in Southwest City, Mo. Her younger years were spent in Oklahoma. She worked in green houses and did upholstery work. Jimmie loved to do arts and crafts. She cherished the time she spent with family, especially her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Leslie Osburn; a brother, Nicholas “Sonny” Roberts; and a grandson, Paul Brow.

She is survived by her four children, Debra Bifulco of Bentonville, Ark., Janet Daise and husband Thomas of Joplin, Mo., Richard “Sam” Tracy and wife Alicia of Grove, Okla., and Melissa Ussery and husband Earl of Goodman, Mo.; a brother, Richard Roberts and wife Paulette of Valley Center, Kan.; seven grandchildren, Elisha Harris, Courtney Barnett, Christine Fowler, Michael Clark, Jerica Harriman, Tracy Mejia and Jeremy Sherman; 10 great-grandchildren, Presley, Kohura, Destinee, Ameena, Aliyah, Brison, Emily, Erick, Adriana and Haley; along with a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss her.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 1, 2016, in the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Home. Pastor Gairy Osburn will officiate.

Burial will follow the service in the Butler Creek Cemetery in Sulphur Springs, Ark. Those honoring her life by serving as pallbearers are Dallas Harriman, Michael Clark, Jeremy Sherman, Thomas Daise, Earl Ussery and Sam Tracy.

Visitation was held Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2016, in the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Homes. The family received friends at that time.
