People can help build a trail between Pineville and Anderson without ever getting off the couch.
Organizers with the second annual County Trailblazer are seeking sponsors for the event. Anyone pledging sponsorship will have his or her business or name printed on the back of 75 to 100 Trailblazer T-shirts.
The event is set for Saturday, March 18.
Proceeds from the Trailblazer will be utilized to build a trail to connect Pineville and Anderson.
Sponsors may choose from three levels: Gold $100; Silver $50; Bronze $25.
To pledge sponsorship, contact MacCounty Running or the Anderson Betterment Club through Facebook and send a private message, or email crawlwalkrun5k@gmail.com.

The 5K takes place in Pineville. Cost is $25.
The 10K starts at Anderson City Hall and concludes at the Pineville Square. Cost is $35.
