2017 Southwest City Ball Sign-Ups

Sign-ups for Summer Ball will be held at the Southwest City Ballpark from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17 and Feb. 24, and from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25. Please remember to bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate. Volunteers need to bring their drivers’ licenses. Forms can also be picked up at City Hall and the Southwest City School and returned to City Hall. The new sign-up fees this year are $20 for one child, $35 for two children and $50 for three or more children. The cut-off date for sign-ups will be 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 22.
