Janet Kay Mahurin, 64, of Rogers, Ark., passed away on Sunday,
June 4, 2017, at Northwest Medical Center in Rogers. She was born on Dec. 16, 1952, to the late Kenneth Clyde and Glenna Lajean Goff.
She spent her early years in California, before moving back to the four-state area. She recently retired from Walmart Pharmacy Warehouse Division after 25 years of service. She enjoyed reading books, bird watching and working in her puzzle books. Her favorite pastime was watching the ID Station.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her two children, Steven Frazier of Jane, Mo., and April Frazier of Rogers; seven grandchildren; a younger brother, Kenneth M. Goff of Anderson, Mo.; and a sister, Glenda Joan Hill of Bentonville, Ark.
A memorial service was held at the First Baptist Church in Anderson on June 17, 2017, at 3 p.m.
