Shall the Board of Education borrow money in the amount of four million dollars for the purpose of providing funds to construct an athletic complex to include track, baseball, and softball fields with associated amenities; complete lighting, sound, and seating enhancemen­ts to the Performing Arts Center; construct storm shelters at the junior high and agricultur­e buildings; complete other remodeling and repair improvemen­ts to the existing facilities of the district; and issue bonds for the payment thereof resulting in an estimated increase to the debt service property tax lexy of $0.15 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation? If this propositio­n is approved, the adjusted debt service levy of the school district is estimated to increase from $0.85 to $1.00 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation or real and personal property tax.
