Kyle Anthony McDowell Rutherford, 13, died April 7, 2018.
He was born June 29, 2004, in Rincon, Ga.
He attended school at Southwest City, Jay Schools and The Academy in Grove this year. He was a member of the Grove Fishing Team, FLW and Bass Nation. He enjoyed the family farm and freedom of the outdoors in fishing, hunting and camping.
Survivors include his parents, Tony Rutherford and Misty McDowell; his sister, Blaike Rutherford; brother, Bryce Rutherford; grandma, Diane Rutherford; grandparents, Cindy and Roy Lovitt; and grandpa, Stephen McDowell.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 13, 2018, at Lawson’s Funeral Home in Jay, Okla., 311 W. Gray St. Graveside services will be Saturday, April 14, 2018, at 1 p.m. at the Rutherford Family Cemetery located at 18794 E. 420 Road, Jay, OK 74346.
