Norma Jane Blecha

Norma Jane “Nan” Blecha, 90, of Southwest City, Mo., died Sunday, April 8, 2018, at Integris Grove Hospital in Grove, Okla., after a recent decline in health.
She was born Nov. 21, 1927, in rural Delaware County Oklahoma to Eual Clay and Susan Marie (Perry) Smith. She was a 1945 graduate of Southwest City High School. On July 29, 1948, she married Carson Cody Bleca in Joplin, Mo. She helped in the operation of the family farm and was a member of the Southwest City United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 57 years, Carson Blecha; and a brother, Bud Smith.
Survivors include two sons, Mike Blecha (Pam) of Grove and Kevin Blecha (Vicki) of Anderson, Mo.; two grandchildren; a brother, James Smith (Molly) of Joplin, Mo.; a sister, Joan Harnar of Seneca, Mo.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 12, 2018, at the United Methodist Church in Southwest City, with Pastors Mark Kailbourn and Pam Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the Southwest City Cemetery.
