Nov. 24, 1950 June 11, 2018 Karen Sue Ruddick, 67, of Centerton, Ark., formerly of Tiff City, Mo., died Monday, June 11, 2018, at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonvill­e, Ark.

She was born Nov. 24, 1950, in Galena, Kan., to Jesse and Essie Bernice (Horne) Miller. On Oct. 20, 1969, she married James Ruddick. They were longtime residents of Tiff City. She was a physical therapist assistant and worked at Grove General Hospital for more than 25 years. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting and online video games. She attended Patterson Heights Baptist Church as well as Victory Road Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 45 years, James Ruddick; a sister, Claudette Jones; and two brothers, Louis and Melvin Miller.

Survivors include two daughters, Jeannie Casey (Darren) of Centerton and Melissa Chatham (Jerry) of Rogers, Ark.; three grandchild­ren; two sisters, Sherrie Smith and Doris Lawson, both of Joplin, Mo.; and a brother, Mike Miller of Maysville, Ark.

Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 14, 2018, in the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Homes with Pastor Marilyn O’Brien officiatin­g. Burial will follow in the Peace Valley Cemetery in Anderson.
