8 PM ( TRAV) Man vs. Bigfoot This new docuseries opens with its central figure, survival expert Les Stroud, in a remote track of forested land in the Canadian province of Alberta, which is regarded by “squatchers” as a recognized Bigfoot hotspot. In the course of his investigation, however, Stroud puts his own reputation on the line to uncover the truth about this elusive — and, let’s face it, quite possibly fictitious — creature.
9 PM ( FOOD) Guy’s Grocery Games Host Guy Fieri introduces carnival-themed games and dishes to his six remaining chefs in “Summer Grillin’ Games Part 3.” Fieri gives the chefs a funnel-cake-sized twist by pairing them up to make a fried sweet-and-savory duo, plus a cheesy carnival classic. The pair that delivers the best dish wins $5,000 each and a spot in the semifinals, while the other four keep battling to survive. Eddie Jackson, Christian Petroni and Brooke Williamson are the judges.
10 PM ( TRAV) Bigfoot is Real In a new episode called “Knock, Knock, It’s Bigfoot,” the members of the GCBRO rush in to help a young woman and her husband who say they’re being terrorized by Bigfoot pounding on the walls of their house. As they explore the targeted residence and its premises, the team finds a huge hand print that is at least two times larger than a human hand.
10 PM ( TRU) At Home With Amy Sedaris In a new episode called “Inspiration,” Amy (Amy Sedaris) explores that subject with a children’s author, a theater director and — just because this is that kind of show — an eccentric woman who lives in the woods. Later, Amy reveals the person who most profoundly inspired her to become the glamorous, boundlessly creative hostess she is today. Guest stars include David Alan Grier, Jackie Hoffman and Richard Kind. 10:03 PM ( LIFE) Happily Ever Altered Marriage requires a vow between the partners to take each other for better or for worse, but what if the engaged couple could start their union as their best possible selves? This special, also a pilot for a potential series, gives couples the opportunity to spend the run up to their marriage to become the best version of themselves, separating as they undergo their physical and emotional transformations until surprising their partner on the big day.

This new one-hour documentary unlocks some of the secrets of these huge beasts, including how they migrate and hunt. Dr. Ryan Daly, a marine biologist, leads a team of scientists using state-of-the-art technology to study the movements and behavior of these sharks, hoping to understand why these smart, ferocious predators keep venturing more deeply into our backyards.
