After losing Bryce Harper to free agency before the start of the 2019 season, the Nats took another big hit to their lineup when Anthony Rendon signed with the Angels during the offseason. The Yankees, meanwhile, scored the biggest prize of this past winter, luring right-hander Gerrit Cole away from the Astros to be their ace.

7 PM ( ESPN) MLB Baseball A clash of National League East rivals is in the offing tonight at Citi Field, where Pete Alonso and the New York Mets hope to get a leg up on Ronald Acuna Jr. and the Atlanta Braves in the rubber game of a three-game set.
