1 PM $ College Basketball A pair of Big Ten contenders come to loggerhead­s today in Ann Arbor, where the Michigan Wolverines welcome in the Indiana Hoosiers. The No. 10 Wolverines have found a rising star in freshman center Hunter Dickinson, who has averaged 18 points and 8.1 rebounds per game in leading the team to a 10-0 start. The unranked Hoosiers also have a standout performer in sophomore forward Trayce Jackson-Davis, whose 20.3 points a game leads their team.

8 PM ( LIFE) MOVIE Wendy Williams: The Movie The new film documents how Wendy Williams has overcome obstacles and continues to defy naysayers to become one of today’s most popular syndicated talk show hosts. Williams executive produces the biopic, which takes viewers back to her startup days in urban radio and through various ups and downs of her career. Ciera Payton portrays Williams while Morocco Omari stars as her ex-husband Kevin Hunter. 8:30 PM * NBA Basketball A battle of historical rivals goes down tonight in Beantown, where Jaylen Brown and the Boston Celtics hope the home court works to their advantage in their game against Anthony Davis and the Los Angeles Lakers.

9 PM ( HALL) MOVIE Snowkissed Kate (Jen Lilley) is a committed New Yorker who never sees any need to leave Manhattan, until her job requires her to travel to Canada to do a story. Much to her dismay, once she arrives she finds herself sorely tested by an extended tour of the great outdoors, despite the charms of the adventurou­s local (Chris McNally) who is serving as her tour guide. Amy Groening, Rodrigo Beilfuss and Jay Koensgen also star in this 2021 romantic comedy.

9 PM ( SHO) MOVIE Burden Mike Burden (Garrett Hedlund), a young man raised in a culture of racist hate in a small South Carolina town, finds a path to redemption thanks to a compassion­ate Black preacher (Forest Whitaker) and a young woman (Andrea Riseboroug­h) who senses hidden, untapped sensitivit­y in Mike. Similarly, even critics who found the film itself a mite trope-heavy praised Hedlund for his richly nuanced performanc­e. Director Andrew Heckler’s film won the Audience Award at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival.

Bloodshot Based on a Valiant Comics character, this 2020 superhero action movie stars Vin Diesel as Ray Garrison, a Marine who is killed in action, then brought back to life with new superpower­s by an organizati­on that plans to use him as a weapon.

Sam Heughan (“Outlander”), Eiza González, Toby Kebbell, Guy Pearce and Lamorne Morris also star.
