8 PM ( TLC) Outdaughte­red It’s been several months of sheltering in place for the Busby clan as they tried to ride out the COVID-19 pandemic, but as their hit reality series returns for Season 8, parents Adam and Danielle emerge into a new normal with 5-yearold quints Ava, Olivia, Parker, Hazel and Riley, and their big sister Blayke, now 9. While continuing to follow health safety guidelines, the large family is looking forward to re-engaging with the world, but mom Danielle needs to find help for a painful medical condition.

Elsewhere, Nova (Rutina Wesley) meets the family of Calvin (Greg Vaughan) for the first time, while Micah (Nicholas Ashe) experience­s firsts of his own as a new member of the Two Nu Zeta Gamma fraternity. Charley (Dawn-Lyen Gardner) is puzzled when Parker (Amirah Vann) abruptly cancels their meeting, while the COVID-19 threat becomes more real.

9 PM ^ J Presidenti­al Address President Joe Biden gives his first public address — characteri­zed as “an unofficial State of the Union Address” in some quarters — before a joint session of the United States Congress, in the Chamber of the United States House of Representa­tives in the U.S. Capitol. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi presides over the session, accompanie­d by Vice President Kamala Harris in her capacity as President of the Senate. This will mark the first time two women in the capacity of presiding officers will sit on the rostrum during a joint session address.

9 PM ( FOOD) Chopped Where’s the beef? Four chefs battle it out with bovine-centric ingredient­s in the new episode “Meat Fight: Beef!” In the first round, more than one of the competitor­s decide to show off their raw talent by serving uncooked meat. Then, the chefs demonstrat­e their advanced steak skills with the entree basket. Amanda Freitag, Eddie Jackson and Chris Santos are the judges; Ted Allen is the host.

10:01 PM & Nurses As Wolf (Donald MacLean Jr.) teeters on the edge of a financial abyss, he feels pressure to steal more drugs, which thrusts him into a grave ethical dilemma that threatens his patient in the new episode “Lady Business.” Meanwhile, as Ashley (Natasha Calis) tries to ensure the safety of her patient before a major operation, she feels compelled to confront Sinead (Cathy White) about her drinking problem.
