In the weeks leading up to the wedding, though, a bitter rivalry breaks out among the girls in a bid to get close to Jessica. A rash of illnesses and accidents soon has Jessica worried that one of her BFFs doesn’t have her best interests at heart in this 2021 thriller. 9 PM ( LIFE) Little Women: Atlanta After losing their sister Minnie in a tragic accident, the Atlanta ladies come together to honor and celebrate her too-brief time with them in the new episode “A Life Worth Celebrating.” As the women mourn their dear, departed friend, the reality of this very personal loss becomes absolutely overwhelming for some members of the group.
10 PM ( OWN) Belle Collective Kaylon persuades Antoinette, Latrice and Melanie to swap their red-soled designer shoes for work shoes while on the farm, while Lateshia discovers that the negative gossip around town about their brunches has put a hitch in her Farish Street project plans. Elsewhere, Marie’s therapist makes a house call, and Tambra hosts a sister-vention that quickly turns upside down.
11 PM ( HBO) Painting With John This delightful yet very unconventional series wraps up Season 1 with a finale called “Finding Rudolph,” wherein charmingly eccentric host John Lurie — who also wrote and directed the series — ponders the complex songs of tree frogs. Lurie also recounts his determined ongoing attempts to make his cameraman Erik laugh, and reflects on the challenges and benefits of painting with watercolors.
