8PM America’s Got Talent:

&

Extreme If the singers, comics, ventriloquists and other more sedate acts of the original “America’s Got Talent” have left some viewers a little jaded by traditional variety performances, this four-week offshoot series probably has kept them entertained with its roster of acts including a parkour aficionado who leaps over oncoming vehicles, a professional human cannonball and a trio of “Jackass” fans who set a colleague on fire and bounce on a trampoline covered in mousetraps. Tonight’s finale reveals who claims the $500,000 grand prize.

8PM _ 9-1-1: Lone Star Owen, Tommy (Rob Lowe, Gina Torres) and the team of the 126 go speeding to the rescue when an incident of carbon monoxide poisoning takes place at a medievalthemed eatery in the new episode “Parental Guidance.” Meanwhile, Paul (Brian Michael Smith) has not mentally recovered from his surgery. Elsewhere, Mateo’s (Julian Works) old fire captain offers him a promotion, but Mateo quickly discovers his former mentor is not the man who once knew.

8PM G All American In the new episode “Liberation,” Spencer (Daniel Ezra) finally gets a handle on his brutal football schedule, but realizes it will quickly crush him unless he manages to find some kind of balance. Meanwhile, as Billy (Taye Diggs) settles into his new role, he finds inspiration from an unlikely source to pursue the job permanently. Elsewhere, Olivia and Jordan (Samantha Logan, Michael Evans Behling) search for her missing sponsor, and JJ (Hunter Clowdus) tries to help Asher (Cody Christian) get a job with the team.

9PM $ NCIS FBI Special Agent Alden Parker’s (Gary Cole) past as a delinquent comes back to haunt him in the new episode “Thick As Thieves.” Some of his bygone youthful indiscretions come to light when the NCIS team is summoned to Philadelphia to investigate the suspicious death of a Navy petty officer. Kevin Chapman and Ashley Platz guest star; Sean Murray, Wilmer Valderrama, Brian Dietzen and Diona Reasonover also star.

9PM (FOOD) The Julia Child Challenge Eight talented home chefs who also are Julia Child superfans compete for a dream prize — a three-month allexpenses-paid trip to Le Cordon Bleu cooking school in Paris — in this new culinary competition series. In addition to sharing their own stories about how Child’s passion for cooking changed their lives, these cooks will work in a kitchen recreation of where Child herself cooked. Antonia Lofaso is head judge; Michael Voltaggio and Francis Lam join her in the series premiere as two in a rotating lineup of guest judges.

9PM (TNT) Snowpiercer For the most part, much of the danger in this dystopian thriller comes from the clash of personalities and power plays inside the giant super-train of the title. In the new episode “Setting Itself Right,” though, the main characters confront a new deadly threat from outside their home on wheels, in the form of an environmental catastrophe that could be fatal to many of the passengers, just as the train is on a detour from New Eden. Daveed Diggs and Sean Bean star.

9:01 PM _ The Cleaning Lady This crime drama wraps up its freshman season with a finale called “The Crown,” which finds Thony (Elodie Yung) trying to make a deal with Garrett (Oliver Hudson) that would both save her and help Arman (Adan Canto). Unfortunately, Arman is wary of any promises that come from the FBI. That same reluctance to trust the Feds causes a sting operation to veer off track. As loyalties are tested as never before, some families close ranks while others fall apart.

10:01 PM * The Good Doctor Salen (Rachel Bay Jones) resorts to extreme measures after she learns that the surgical staff is backing up Lim’s (Christina Chang) opposition to her in the new episode “Cheat Day.” Elsewhere, the staff treats a liver transplant patient whose organ donor unwittingly gave him cancer.
