Of Delray Beach formerly of Hollywood, passed away January 24, 2023 with his family lovingly by his side.

Loving husband of Brenda to whom he was married for 65 years.

Adored father of Jennifer Steurer & Jeffrey Greenman

Cherished Grandfather of Jessica Palicke & Norman Nehmer III.

Great Grandfather of 6 Beloved brother of the late Margot Tulin and Nan Dorfman

A graduate of Washington & Lee Univ. He and his family moved to Hollywood, Fl. In 1956 and become one of the distinct Founding Families of the Jewish Community in Hollywood. In 1958 he incorporated and founded

Greenman, the Greenman Group a large South Florida Advertising & Public Relations Firm. The firm represented most of the large Homebuilders in Florida and in thirty other states. In the late sixties he was active in helping many of South Florida Companies going public.

Mr. Greenman was an active and well-known member of the National

Assoc. of Home Builders. In 2004 he received the coveted LEGEND AWARD from the organization. He was recognized for sales & marketing for residential real estate. Andrew served as a lieutenant in the US Army Reserves. He was a Lifelong Miami Dolphins Fan. Andrew was extremely generous and thoughtful of others. Always seen as a Role Model & Mentor to many.

Funeral services were held at the Temple Beth El Memorial Gardens in Davie, Fl.
