Another day, another mask confrontation.

As the coronavirus crisis drags on, we’re seeing more and more public meltdowns over facial coverings and people freaking out about how they apparently infringe on an individual’s rights instead of protect us from COVID.

Over at Disney World in Orlando Tuesday, such a person was caught on video screaming his mask-free head off, reported Disney fan site WDWNT.com.

A short clip shot by a concerned guest at Disney’s Hollywood Studios shows a man walking backward and yelling while security guards gather around him.

WDWNT says the individual in question is ranting about the Disney Pixar 1998 classic “A Bug’s Life.” (No, not the pandemic movie “Contagion.”)

“Remember the movie that came out at Walt Disney World?” he yells. “It was called ‘A Bug’s Life!’ ”

He then references the ant named Hopper, an aggressive grasshopper voiced by Kevin Spacey.

“Remember Hopper? If one guy stands up, one ant stands up, then they’ll all stand up and they’ll lose control!” yells the guest.

“Bye,” says a woman off camera. “Bye.”

Orlando Weekly reports that the man got the quote wrong, and that it’s actually, “You let one ant stand up to us, then they all might stand up.”

The ranter was escorted out of the park to live out his mask-free existence elsewhere.

As for current Disney guidelines, as per the website, “Face coverings are required for all Guests (ages 2 and up) and must be worn in all public areas, except while swimming or seated for dining.”

And not just any masks, the park stresses.

“Based on guidance from health authorities, neck gaiters, open-chin triangle bandannas and face coverings containing valves, mesh material or holes of any kind are not acceptable,” the guidelines say. “Costume masks are also not considered appropriate and are prohibited from being worn.”
