The Resident A case takes a personal turn for the staff as Conrad and Bell (Matt Czuchry, Bruce Greenwood) treat a pregnant woman who is carrying Jake’s (guest star Conrad Ricamora) future adopted child in the new episode “Doors Opening, Doors Closing.” Elsewhere, Devon (Manish Dayal) reflects on his future love life after receiving some interesting news from Princess Nadine (guest star Shazi Raja). On the evening of meeting The Raptor’s (MalcolmJamal Warner) parents, Mina (Shaunette Renée Wilson) gets a potentially life-changing phone call.
8PM G The Flash Frost (Danielle Panabaker) must find a way to clear her name after a mysterious, ice-powered enemy frames her for a brutal crime in the new episode “Growing Pains.” Elsewhere, Barry and Iris (Grant Gustin, Candice Patton) have a surprise houseguest, while Joe (Jesse L. Martin) must continue to deal with Kristen Kramer (guest star Carmen Moore). Carlos Valdes and Tom Cavanagh also star.
9PM * Big Sky The crime drama returns with a new two-hour episode called “Catastrophic Thinking; All Kinds of Snakes,” that opens three months after Ronald Pergman’s (Brian Geraghty) escape. Cassie and Jenny (Kylie Bunbury, Katheryn Winnick)
are working officially as partners now, but in addition to Ronald still being at large, a U.S. Marshal is sticking his nose into their case files and a domestic case takes a macabre and deadly turn. Later, Jenny gets an alarming call from an old flame that leads her and Cassie headfirst into a new case and a new jurisdiction.
9PM (HIST) The Curse of Oak Island The expedition team uncovers what appears to be a wooden doorway of some kind under Samuel Ball’s property in the new episode “Be There or T-Square.” Later, an apparent new connection to the Knights Templar is suspected when an ancient tool is discovered in the waters of the swamp.
10 PM ^ Frontline Produced in association with ProPublica, the timely new one-hour documentary “American Insurrection” probes the groups and their leaders who are responsible for recent acts of threats and violence on American soil, including the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C. The film explores how a number of extremist groups felt emboldened and encouraged by former President Donald Trump, and the process through which several individuals became radicalized and absorbed into that extremist political landscape.
