SENIOR MEALS
Monday, Dec. 5: Swedish meatballs with sour cream gravy, egg noodles, brussels sprouts, seven-grain bread, Clementine. At United Community Center: Albondigas with chipotle, Mexican rice, Mexican beans, tortillas, vegetables, fresh fruit.
Tuesday: Sliced pork roast with gravy, baked potato, green beans, sourdough bread, fruited yogurt. At UCC: Seasoned chicken leg/thigh, whipped sweet potatoes, creamed spinach, dinner roll, applesauce.
Wednesday: Salisbury steak with mushroom gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, broccoli cuts, whole-grain bread, snickerdoodle cookie. At UCC: Soup, Virginia ham, Puerto Rican rice, fresh salad with dressing, wheat bread, pineapple tidbits.
Thursday: Tahitian chicken leg/thigh, wild rice blend, Key Largo vegetables, mixed greens salad with dressing, roll, sliced peaches. At UCC: Pork with zucchini, white rice, lettuce and tomato salad with ranch dressing, bread, mixed fruit, cookie.
Friday: Chili, fresh baby carrots, corn bread muffin, juice, ice cream sundae cup. At UCC: Bistec encebollado, white rice, beans, coleslaw, dinner roll, fresh fruit.
Saturday: Chicken Marsala, baked potato, vegetables, bread, fruit cocktail.
Sunday: Enchilada casserole, Mexican corn, mixed greens with French dressing, multigrain bread, diced peaches.
