Stull replaces Wright in exec role

- RICK ROMELL

ManpowerGroup said Friday it has named Michael Stull senior vice president for Manpower North America.

Stull, who has led global marketing for Manpower across 80 countries and all brands for the past five years, now will head up the Milwaukee-based staffing company’s North American operation.

He replaces Kip Wright, who will leave Manpower at the end of the month. Wright led Manpower North America for two years and previously headed the ManpowerGroup Solutions business. He joined the firm as part of its 2010 purchase of Comsys IT Partners Inc., an acquisition that expanded Manpower’s presence in the high-tech engineering and computer technology fields.

A Manpower spokeswoman declined to say where Wright is going.

Stull joined Manpower in August 2010, according to his LinkedIn page, coming from an executive post at Nuveen Investments, a Chicago-based money management firm. At Manpower, he has helped lead efforts to use digital technology to improve and modernize the experience of job candidates and clients, the company said in a statement.

While Manpower is based in Milwaukee, the U.S. is not its largest market. The company’s entire Americas segment accounted for 23% of Manpower’s $19.3 billion in sales last year. Europe, meanwhile, generated about 64% of the firm’s 2015 revenue.
