1. Bucks forward Michael Beasley got off to a hot start and had 18 points in 16 minutes before suffering a left shin bruise on a play in the third quarter. He limped to the bench and went to the locker room moments later. Beasley said after the game his leg “went numb” for a short time but that he was fine.

2. Kelly Oubre hurt the Bucks again, just as he did in Dec. 10 game in Washington when he scored a career-high 19 points and played strong defense against Giannis Antetokounmpo. On Sunday, Oubre had 17 points and five rebounds in 25 minutes off the bench.

3. Bucks center John Henson had trouble with the physical play of Marcin Gortat and Markieff Morris. He picked up his fourth foul early in the third quarter and finished with two points and one rebound in 15 minutes. He played 4 minutes in the second half.
