Monday, Jan, 23: Lasagna cheese roll-up with meat sauce and Parmesan, crinkle carrots, warm garlic dinner roll, orange juice, tapioca pudding. At United Community Center: Sweetand-sour chicken, Mexican rice, red cabbage salad, wheat bread, fresh fruit.

Tuesday: Sweet-and-sour pork, seasoned brown rice, Maui vegetable blend, egg roll, sliced peaches. At UCC: Italian meatballs, rigatoni with red sauce, Italian green beans, mini Caesar salad, bread, chilled fruit. Wednesday: Pan-fried liver (entrée B: pub burger on bun), double baked potato casserole, green beans, Golden Delicious apple. At UCC: Pork with zucchini, white rice, lettucetom­ato salad, bread, fresh fruit, cookie. Thursday: Barbecue chicken leg/thigh, fresh sweet potato, herbed cauliflowe­r, blueberry muffin, orange sherbet. At UCC: Bean and pea soup, openface hot beef sandwich with gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, bread, pineapple tidbits. Friday: Roast turkey with gravy and stuffing, Riviera vegetable blend, carrotrais­in salad, banana cake with cream cheese icing. At UCC: Barbecue chicken, Puerto Rican rice, vegetables, juice, salad, birthday cake. Saturday: Pepper steak, brown rice, stir-fry vegetables, bread, mixed fruits. Sunday: Chicken flautas in corn tortilla, Mexican rice, beans, salad, fresh fruit.
