Milwaukee entrepreneur Mary Pellettieri has been named quality instructor for the national Brewers Association and will “help new breweries establish a quality program,” Pellettieri said.

Co-owner and founder of Top Note Tonics, Pellettieri has spent her career in the brewing industry before starting her own business.

Her appointment shouldn’t be a big surprise. She wrote the book “Quality Management: Essential Planning for Breweries” for the association. She also has worked for Goose Island Brewery, the Siebel Institute of Technology and MillerCoors in Milwaukee.
