SENIOR MEALS

Monday, March 8: Cheeseburg­er on wholewheat bun, baked beans, baby bakers, double chocolate chip cookie. At United Community Center: Macaroni with meat, sweet corn, fresh salad with dressing, wheat bread, applesauce.

Tuesday: Rosemary roast chicken leg/thigh (entrée B: breast/wing), garlic mashed potatoes, California vegetable blend, blueberry muffin, cinnamon apple slices. At UCC: Beef pot roast with carrots, onion, celery, green beans; roasted potatoes, mixed greens with dressing, bread, sliced peaches.

Wednesday: Salisbury steak with mushroom gravy, au gratin potatoes, baby peas and onions, dilly bread, mandarin oranges. At UCC: Pork (cochinita pibil-style), Mexican rice, Mexican beans, flour tortilla, juice, chilled pears.

Thursday: Hearty chili mac, steamed carrots, spinach salad with ranch dressing, cornbread muffin, fresh pear. At UCC:

Chicken noodle soup, barbecue chicken thigh, cheesy diced potato casserole, peas and carrots, buttermilk biscuit, fresh fruit.

Friday: Cream of mushroom soup, tuna salad on kaiser roll, red cabbage slaw with cranberrie­s, Sun Chips, fresh fruit. At UCC: Tuna salad on kaiser roll, Sun Chips, red cabbage slaw with cranberrie­s, banana pudding.

Saturday: Beef and cheese soft tacos, Mexican rice, Mexican beans, diced pears.

Sunday: Roast pork, white rice, beans, salad, dinner roll, chocolate pudding.
