SENIOR MEALS

Monday, March 12: Barbecue beef on wheat bun, American fried potatoes, whole-kernel corn, sliced pears. At United Community Center: Baked shredded beef, Mexican rice, Mexican beans, tortillas, juice, pineapple tidbits.

Tuesday: Minestrone soup, meat lasagna, Italian veggie blend, garlic love knot, lemon meringue pie. At UCC: Barbecue chicken, white rice, Puerto Rican beans, green salad, dinner roll, apple pie.

Wednesday: Glazed ham steak, double baked potato casserole, diced carrots and peas, marble rye bread, pineapple tidbits. At UCC: Peachy pork roast, Yukon mashed potatoes, whole baby carrots, mixed greens with dressing, multigrain bread, cinnamon applesauce.

Thursday: Irish stew, baked potato, romaine salad with ranch dressing, Irish soda bread, mint cheesecake. At UCC: Shaved corned beef and Swiss on rye bun, California vegetable blend, red cabbage slaw, cookie, fruit gelatin. Friday: Baked fish with lemon and tartar sauce, macaroni and cheese, Wisconsin vegetable blend, creamy coleslaw, rye roll, shamrock cookie. At UCC: Enchilada soup, baked fish, mashed potatoes, crinkle-cut carrots, bread, cookie, fresh fruit.

Saturday: Pepper steak, brown rice, stir-fry vegetables, bread, mixed fruits.

Sunday: Chicken flautas, corn tortilla, Mexican rice, beans, salad, fresh fruit.
