SENIOR MEALS

Monday, May 8: Baked ham, fresh sweet potato, brussels sprouts, dinner roll, tropical fruit cup. At United Community Center: Chicken fajitas, sautéed vegetables, Mexican rice, salad, flour tortilla, diced pears.

Tuesday: Ring bologna, baked beans, seven-grain bread, creamy coleslaw, peanut butter Rice Krispies treat. At UCC: Cranberry meatballs, oven-roasted red potatoes, California vegetable blend, multigrain bread, cookie.

Wednesday: Stuffed cabbage roll, garlic mashed potatoes, Harvard beets, marble rye bread, tapioca pudding. At UCC: Pork (cochinita pibil style), Mexican rice, Mexican beans, mixed greens with dressing, flour tortillas, apple pie.

Thursday: Barbecue boneless pork rib, mac and cheese, green and wax bean medley, mixed greens with tomato and cucumber, pineapple tidbits. At UCC: Beef stroganoff, buttered noodles, Harvard beets, juice, sourdough bread, fresh fruit.

Friday: Roast beef with gravy, baked potato casserole, sunshine carrots, wholewheat dinner roll, strawberry rhubarb pie. At UCC: Baked chicken, brown rice,

beans, country-blend vegetables, juice, pudding.

Saturday: Macaroni with meat, steamed green beans, fresh salad with dressing, dinner roll, diced pears. Sunday: Closed for Mother’s Day.
