NOTABLE Player of the week: Peter Go,

Heritage Christian.The senior hit .600 with four doubles, two triples and seven runs scored in his last six games. Go is hitting .571 on the season and has failed to get a hit just once in his first 10 outings (he was walked and hit by a pitch in that game). As a pitcher, his earned run average is 1.79. In an 8-7, 8-inning victory over Brookfield Academy on Friday, Go was hit by a pitch, stole second, stole third and scored the winning run on a sacrifice fly. Team of the week: Living Word Lutheran. The Timberwolves, ranked 10th in the Division 4 state poll, own a seven-game winning streak after going 5-0 last week. The week began with a 6-5 victory over Milwaukee Lutheran thanks to a four-run bottom of the seventh and four RBI from Jimmy Juergensen. Jacob Bolwerk struck out 10 batters in a 3-1 win over Brookfield Academy on Tuesday and Juergensen allowed six hits in seven innings of a 2-0 victory over the Blue Knights on Thursday. On Saturday, Lutheran swept a doubleheader from St. John’s Northwestern, 18-2, and 22-2. Sam Boyce was 5 for 6 with four RBI in Game 1, and Juergensen had six RBI on three hits in Game 2.
