Monday, May 15: Italian sausage with green pepper and onions, crusty roll, potato rounds, bean medley, grape juice, chilled pears. At United Community Center: Chicken stew, brown rice, sautéed garlic asparagus, green salad, dinner roll, cookie. Tuesday: Hungarian goulash, buttered noodles, broccoli, rye bread, orange juice, molasses cookie. At UCC: Ring bologna, double baked potato casserole, diced carrots with peas, whole-grain bread, fresh fruit.

Wednesday: Tahitian chicken breast, quartered red potatoes with garlic butter, Key Largo vegetables, oval dinner roll, oatmeal raisin cookie. At UCC: Barbacoa (baked shredded beef), Mexican rice, Mexican beans, juice, tortillas, sliced pears.

Thursday: Italian meatballs with spaghetti and sauce, Italian vegetable blend, mixed greens with Italian dressing, asiago bread, fresh pear. At UCC: Baked chicken leg/thigh, fresh sweet potato, creamed spinach, baking powder biscuit, fresh fruit.

Friday: Baked fish, mac ’n’ cheese, vegetable blend, creamy coleslaw, rye roll, baker’s choice cookie. At UCC: Beef and cheese soft tacos, Mexican rice, Mexican beans, diced pears.

Saturday: Spaghetti and meatballs, steamed broccoli, dinner roll, mixed fruit, cookie.

Sunday: Chicken flautas, corn tortilla, Mexican rice, beans, salad, fruit cocktail.
