Monday, June 19: Grilled bratwurst on bun, German-style potato salad, creamy coleslaw, mandarin oranges. At United Community Center: Chicken fajitas, Mexican rice, refried beans, sautéed vegetables, tortilla, fruit gelatin.

Tuesday: Salisbury steak with mushroom gravy, scalloped potatoes, broccoli, dilly bread, fruit crisp. At UCC: Grilled bratwurst on bun with sauerkraut, twice-baked potato casserole, carrot-raisin salad, fresh fruit.

Wednesday: Rosemary roasted chicken leg/thigh (entrée B: breast/wing), candied sweet potatoes, green beans, cornbread muffin, summer fresh fruit. At UCC: Beef soft tacos, Mexican rice, beans, lettuce-tomato salad, mixed fruit, cookie.

Thursday: Barbecue beef on whole-wheat bun, American fried potatoes, peas and carrots, marble cake with chocolate icing. At UCC: Spaghetti and meatballs, diced carrots with peas, orange juice, wholegrain bread, fresh fruit, vanilla pudding.

Friday: Chicken rice soup, chef’s salad with ranch dressing, sesame egg bread, strawberry ice cream with fresh strawberri­es. At UCC: Cheese enchiladas, Mexican rice, Mexican beans, fruit juice, Caesar salad, mixed fruit.

Saturday: Sliced turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, corn, wheat bread, pineapple tidbits.

Sunday: Italian meat sauce with penne pasta, vegetables, breadstick, fresh fruit.
