Welcome to the jungle, Milwaukee.

Guns N’ Roses had added a local stop to its “Not In This Lifetime Tour,” with a show at the BMO Harris Bradley Center Nov. 7.

“Lifetime” is the top-selling tour of the year, its title a reference to the unlikely reunion of Guns’ frontman Axl Rose (left) with its lead guitarist Slash, who along with founding bassist Duff McKagan, returned to the fold last year.

Tickets for the Milwaukee show are $59.50 to $250, available beginning at 10 a.m. July 28 at the Bradley Center box office (1001 N. 4th St.), by calling (800) 745-3000 or visiting

Rock the Green announces more acts

Two standout emerging acts from Summerfest 50 — alternative rockers Barns Courtney and Mondo Cozmo — are playing the eco-friendly Rock the Green festival.

Returning to Reed Street Yards in Walker’s Point Sept. 9, Rock the Green will also feature Baio, a side project for Vampire Weekend bassist Chris Baio. Milwaukee artists Reyna and Evan Christian (left) will play the main stage as well.

Local acts D’Amato, Klassik and Devil Met Contention will play a pedal-powered stage. Two bands from Girls Rock MKE — a program where local girls write songs, form bands and perform — will also play that stage.

The 10 acts announced Thursday will join previously announced headliner Ben Harper & the Innocent Criminals. General admission tickets for the festival, running from 2 to 11 p.m. Sept. 9, are $50 at or $100 for VIP passes. Children 10 and under are admitted free.
