Best Trump speech

The boldest speech of Donald Trump’s presidency. He was clear and direct. The United Nations is put on notice and no POTUS has ever talked to the U.N. delegates like that before. He hit them right between the eyes when he said, “Believe me!” That was not on the teleprompter.

America first. Your countries should be put first. We don’t want to impose our way of life on other countries to be like our system but we want you to look at America’s way of life to model some things to make your countries’ systems better. We will stick with our allies. We advance the world because of the greatness of our way of life. The greatest force of goodness in the world, but we have to stop being the world’s piggy bank.

He laid into Iran, Cuba, Venezuela and North Korea. He laid into past presidents, not by name, who made deals with these countries that did not benefit the United States.

The communist and socialist believers will go to their graves thinking that their systems will work. Their systems have to build walls to keep the people in, or, if you leave, they will kill your family that you left behind.

They think that the reason their systems have always failed is because the right people were not in charge. You can own your future only if you are free. Freedom cannot happen when the state controls everything. Equal opportunity for all, but not equal outcome.
