Monday, Oct. 16: Meatloaf with gravy, au gratin potatoes, stewed tomatoes, poppyseed dinner roll, fruit cocktail. At United Community Center: Sweet-sour chicken, brown rice, Asian-style cabbage and broccoli, wheat bread, mixed fruits, chocolate pudding. Tuesday: Turkey a la king, brown rice, broccoli florets, pickled beet salad, baking powder biscuit, mandarin oranges. At UCC: Baked shredded beef (barbacoa), Mexican rice, Mexican beans, salad, tortillas, fresh fruit, cookie. Wednesday: Barbecue chicken leg/thigh, sweet potato, herbed cauliflowe­r, romaine salad with dressing, French bread, baker’s choice cookie. At UCC: Roast pork, Puerto Rican rice, sweet corn, spinach salad, wheat roll, juice. Thursday: Smoked pork chop, hash-brown potato casserole, Wisconsin vegetable blend, rye bread, banana cream pudding. At UCC: Chicken Parmesan, penne pasta with red sauce, whole green beans, tossed salad with dressing, dinner roll, fresh fruit. Friday: Tomato bisque, tuna casserole, Prince Charles vegetables, carrot raisin salad, multigrain bread, lemon pudding. At UCC: Tuna salad on leaf lettuce, peaches and cottage cheese, crinkle-cut potato chips, seeded kaiser roll, juice, pickle spear, cookie. Saturday (UCC): Chipotle meatballs, Mexican rice, green salad with dressing, juice, tortillas, vanilla pudding. Sunday (UCC): Steak ranchero, brown rice, mixed vegetables, salad, dinner roll, diced peaches.
