FOOD: Cantina to open on Old World Third St.

A new tequila and taco restaurant, Cantina, will replace the Matador Taco & Tequila Bar in downtown Milwaukee, according to a news release Wednesday. Cantina will open Oct. 20 in the Matador spot at 1110 N. Old World Third St. Matador opened earlier this year. Bobby Wiltgen, who also owns Who’s on Third, recently acquired the location. The new restaurant will offer an expanded Tex-Mex menu with tacos, burritos, fajitas and loaded nachos, according to the release.
