Monday, Nov. 6: Glazed ham slice, mashed sweet potatoes, green and wax bean medley, marble rye bread fruited yogurt. At United Community Center: Pork stew with carrots, Puerto Rican rice, fresh salad with dressing, wheat bread, fresh fruit, cookie. Tuesday: Vegetable beef soup, grilled bratwurst on bun, creamy coleslaw, Sun Chips, chocolate chip cookie. At UCC: Soup, smoked Polish sausage on brat bun, hot German potato salad, Wisconsin vegetable blend, sliced pears. Wednesday: Chicken Creole, seasoned red beans and rice, crinkle-cut carrots, fruit punch, multigrain dinner roll, peanut butter cookie. At UCC: Cheese enchilada, Mexican rice, beans, mixed greens, diced peaches, fruited gelatin. Thursday: Meat lasagna, Italian beans, romaine salad with creamy Italian dressing, grape juice, garlic bread, pineapple tidbits. At UCC: Pub burger with sautéed onions on wholegrain bun, mashed potatoes with bacon bits, cream-style corn, fresh fruit, cookie. Friday: Barbecue chicken leg/thigh (entrée B: breast/ wing), mac and cheese, chef’s choice vegetable, apple juice, cornbread, assorted fresh fruit. At UCC: Lasagna, mixed vegetables, garlic bread, juice, chilled peaches. Saturday (UCC): Sweetand-sour chicken, white rice, broccoli cuts, mixed salad, wheat bread, diced pears. Sunday (UCC): Glazed ham slice, Puerto Rican rice, tossed vegetable salad, wheat roll, California vegetable blend, fresh fruit.
