Monday, Nov.13: Peachy pork roast, cheesy diced potato casserole, Maui vegetable blend, potato dinner roll, snickerdoo­dle cookie. At United Community Center: Arroz con pollo, beans, asparagus with garlic sauce, salad, dinner roll, cookie.

Tuesday: Stuffed baked potato (taco meat, cheese, taco sauce, sour cream, lettuce and tomato), Southwest-style corn, seven-grain bread, tapioca pudding. At UCC: Italian meat sauce, whole-grain spaghetti, Sicilian vegetable blend, romaine salad with Italian dressing, bread, fresh fruit.

Wednesday: Tahitian chicken leg/thigh, baked sweet potato, Key Largo veggies, spinach salad with dressing, rye roll, oatmeal raisin cookie. At UCC: Steak ranchero, white rice, vegetables, salad, dinner roll, diced peaches.

Thursday: Beef stew, quartered red potatoes, carrot raisin salad, baking powder biscuit, chocolate-iced Rice Krispie bar. At UCC: Soup, barbecue chicken leg/thigh, baked potato, crinkle-cut carrots, baking powder biscuit, sliced pears.

Friday: Cream of potato soup with cheese and bacon, Asian chicken salad (mixed greens, almonds, mandarin oranges), blueberry muffin, sherbet. At UCC: Steak fajitas, flour tortillas, Mexican rice, Mexican beans, sauteed vegetables, salad, birthday cake.

Saturday (UCC): Barbacoa, Mexican rice, salad, pineapple tidbits, apple juice, cookie.

Sunday (UCC): Chicken Marsala, mashed potato, Italian vegetable blend, bread, fruit cocktail.
