Boston Store and Younkers plan to launch the holiday shopping season with online daily “door buster” bargains starting at 6 a.m. Monday, and open the doors to their brick-andmortar stores at 11 a.m. Thanksgiving Day.

Overall, Bon-Ton Stores Inc., the parent company of Boston Store, Younkers and other department stores, said it will feature more than 700 door buster deals this year.

Among them: slow cookers, toasters and blenders for $9.97; Rampage boots and coats for $19.97; threepiece hardside spinner luggage sets from Travel Quarters for $39.97; and 50% off designer clearance handbags and shoes.

“Whether shopping in our stores or online, customers will find not only great deals but extra special offers and giveaways to get the holidays started,” Bill Tracy, president and chief executive officer, said in a statement Thursday announcing the holiday season kick-off.

Although the retailer’s door buster deals will be available online at 6 a.m. Nov. 19 while supplies last, Bon-Ton said it will start the season by offering 30 door buster items a day on its website beginning this Monday. The “previews” will run through Nov. 17. Free shipping will be offered on all purchases of $25 or more.

After opening at 11 a.m. on Thanksgiving, Boston Store and Younkers will remain open through 10 p.m. on Black Friday. Door busters will be available through 3 p.m. Friday.

The first 200 customers at the door on Thanksgiving will receive a gift card valued from $5 to $500, with a guaranteed $500 gift card at every store, the company said.

Bon-Ton Stores, with dual headquarters in Milwaukee and York, Pa., operates 260 stores in 24 states.
