Monday, Dec. 4: Glazed ham slice, warm German potato salad, California vegetables, rye bread, pineapple tidbits. At United Community Center: Roast pork, white rice, beans, Wisconsin vegetable blend, wheat bread, mixed fruit.

Tuesday: Cheeseburg­er on whole-wheat bun, calico baked beans, green and wax bean medley, peanut butter cookie. At UCC: Chicken tacos, Mexican rice, Mexican beans, fresh fruit.

Wednesday: Teriyaki chicken leg/thigh, Chinese fried rice, Asian vegetable blend, multigrain dinner roll, mandarin oranges. At UCC: Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, dinner roll, pineapple tidbits.

Thursday: Minestrone, Italian meat sauce with spaghetti, mixed greens with Italian dressing, Italian sesame seed bread, raspberry yogurt. At UCC: Chili with red beans, green beans, salad, multigrain bread, fruit cocktail, cookie.

Friday: Stuffed salmon boat with dill sauce, quartered red potatoes, stewed tomatoes, rye roll, sliced peaches. At UCC: Spinach lasagna, marinated garden salad, baked sweet potatoes, broccoli cuts, wheat dinner roll, fresh fruit.

Saturday (UCC): Chicken Alfredo, penne pasta, vegetables, wheat bread, diced peaches.

Sunday (UCC): Beef stew with peas and carrots, brown rice, vegetables, salad, wheat dinner roll, cookie.
