Monday, Dec. 11: Swedish meatballs in sour cream sauce, buttered noodles, brussels sprouts, seven-grain bread, apple-cherry juice, Clementine orange. At United Community Center: Sweetand-sour pork, fried rice, stir-fry vegetables, wheat bread, fresh fruit.

Tuesday: Turkey tetrazzini, whole baby carrots, pickled beet salad, garlic breadstick, sugar cookie. At UCC: Cheese enchiladas, Mexican-style corn, seasoned green beans, applesauce.

Wednesday: Country-style barbecue pork, baked potato, Key Largo vegetables, marble rye bread, tapioca pudding. At UCC: Vegetarian tacos, primavera brown rice, beans, wheat tortillas, chilled peaches.

Thursday: Philly chicken and cheese sandwich on onion roll, oven-browned potatoes, creamy coleslaw, iced brownie. At UCC: Soup, chicken fricassee, arroz blanco, salad and baby carrots, wheat bread, fresh fruit, apple pie. Friday: Mushroom soup, tuna salad on kaiser roll, Sun Chips, marinated bean salad, oatmeal raisin cookie. At UCC: Beef stroganoff, egg noodles, California vegetables, dinner roll, diced pears, cookie. Saturday (UCC): Chicken salad, carrot-raisin salad, steamed broccoli with cheddar sauce, wheat bread, fresh fruit.

Sunday (UCC): Breaded veal cutlets, fettuccine with marinara sauce, green bean casserole, wheat breadstick­s, diced peaches.
