Monday, Dec. 18: Sweet-and-sour pork, brown rice, pea pods, whole-grain dinner roll, orange juice, strawberry ice cream cup. At United Community Center: Chicken chow mein, brown rice, steamed broccoli and cauliflowe­r, wheat dinner roll, fresh fruit.

Tuesday: Grilled brat patty on whole-wheat bun, mac ’n’ cheese, grated carrot-raisin salad, tropical fruit cup. At UCC: Turkey with gravy, baked potato, oven green beans, wheat bread, fruit cocktail. Wednesday: Chicken dumpling soup, barbecue beef on whole-grain bun, whole-kernel corn, American potato salad, chocolate chip cookie. At UCC: Mexican tuna salad, tostada, winter vegetables casserole, pineapple tidbits.

Thursday: Roast turkey with gravy, dressing, green bean casserole, apple juice, cherry cheesecake. At UCC: Soup, ground beef tacos, oven-browned potatoes, Mexican-style zucchini, wheat tortillas, fresh fruit.

Friday: Meatloaf with gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, honey-glazed carrots, baking powder biscuit, fruit crisp. At UCC: Baked ham, scalloped potatoes, California vegetables, dinner roll, mixed fruit, cookie. Saturday (UCC): Grilled chicken breast, cheesy potato casserole, mixed vegetables, wheat bread, applesauce.

Sunday (UCC): Closed for Christmas.
