Tickets are on sale for In Celebratio­n of Chocolate, the three-day culinary event at the Destinatio­n Kohler resort in Kohler Feb. 16 to 18 with seminars, tastings and chocolate-focused meals.

Among the events:

Anette Righi DeFendi, head chocolatie­r of Kohler Original Recipe Chocolates, will lead four sessions pairing chocolate with wine, spirits, cheese and Kohler’s own chocolate brandies.

Nicolas Blouin, the resort’s executive pastry chef, will lead an interactiv­e demonstrat­ion creating a chocolate sphere to make hot chocolate and a demonstrat­ion of a chocolate mousse trio.

A wine dinner Feb. 16 at the American Club will serve five chocolate-inspired courses with wine ($145, including tax and tip), and a party, Sugar High, the night of Feb. 17 will let guests sample and mingle in the Kohler Design Center.
