Monday, Jan. 8: Cheese lasagna rollup with meat sauce, crinkle carrots, marinated bean salad, garlic breadstick, tropical fruit cup. At United Community Center: Albondigas with chipotle, Mexican rice, Mexican beans, apple juice, salad, assorted fruit. Tuesday: Barbecue pulled pork on kaiser roll, au gratin potatoes, baby peas, creamy slaw, chocolate-iced brownie. At UCC: Cream of broccoli soup, lasagna, mixed vegetables, garlic bread, fresh salad with dressing, diced pears. Wednesday: Beef stroganoff, parsley buttered noodles, California vegetables, mixed greens with French dressing, rye roll, apple crisp. At UCC: Baked turkey with light gravy, scalloped potatoes, California vegetables, dinner roll, fresh fruit.

Thursday: Chicken noodle soup, cheddarwur­st on bun, American fried potatoes, carrot raisin salad, mixed fruit fluff. At UCC: Macaroni with meat, steamed broccoli, spinach and tomato, wheat bread, applesauce.

Friday: Fish sandwich on a bun with cheese, stewed tomatoes, mini-bakers, orange juice, oatmeal-raisin cookie. At UCC: Steak fajitas with flour tortillas, brown rice, sautéed vegetables, salad, chilled peaches. Saturday (UCC): Chicken Marsala, mashed potatoes, Italian vegetables, bread, fruit cocktail.

Sunday (UCC): Pepper steak, fried rice, stir-fry vegetables, wheat bread, fresh fruit.
