SENIOR MEALS

Monday, Feb. 12: Glazed ham steak, double baked potato casserole, brussels sprouts, seven-grain bread, sliced peaches. At United Community Center: Peachy pork roast, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, whole baby carrots, mixed greens with French dressing, multigrain bread, cinnamon applesauce. Tuesday: Creole chicken breast, seasoned red beans and rice, green beans, cornbread muffin, hurricane punch, paczki (jelly doughnut). At UCC: Chicken fajitas, brown rice, sautéed vegetables, fruit juice, fresh fruit. Wednesday: Meat lasagna (entrée B: vegetable lasagna), Italian veggie blend, mixed greens, garlic bread, pink iced red devil’s food cake. At UCC: Cream of broccoli soup, veggie lasagna, sweet corn, salad, dinner roll, apple pie.

Thursday: Beef strips and broccoli, fried rice, egg roll with sweet-sour sauce, mandarin oranges, almond cookie. At UCC: Cochinita pibil, Mexican rice, Mexican beans, garlic butter sautéed asparagus, flour tortilla, diced peaches.

Friday: New England clam chowder, tuna salad on kaiser roll, creamed cucumber salad, apple juice, oatmeal raisin cookie. At UCC: Baked fish, steamed red potatoes, creamy coleslaw, dinner roll, fresh fruit.

Saturday (UCC): Chicken fricassée, white rice, mixed salad, pineapple juice, wheat roll, cookie.

Sunday (UCC): Steak fajitas, Mexican rice, salad, sautéed vegetables, mixed fruit.
