Monday, Feb. 26: Ring bologna, baked beans, American fried potatoes, multigrain bread, Rice Krispie treat. At United Community Center: Sweet-andsour chicken with onion, carrots and peppers, brown rice, California blend vegetables, pineapple juice, wheat bread, fresh fruit.

Tuesday: Pork chop suey with vegetables, brown rice, pea pods, whole-grain dinner roll, juice, ambrosia fruit fluff. At UCC: Barley soup, glazed ham slice, potato salad, mixed vegetables, wheat roll, fresh fruit, cookie.

Wednesday: Roast turkey with gravy, fresh sweet potato, broccoli, cranberry muffin, sliced pears. At UCC: Chicken Marsala, baked potato, Italian vegetable blend, Vienna bread, fruit cocktail. Thursday: Tomato beef barley soup, cheeseburg­er on whole-wheat bun, potato salad, green and wax bean medley, snickerdoo­dle cookie. At UCC: Pork with zucchini, brown rice, orange juice, bread, mixed fruit, cookie. Friday: Stuffed salmon boat with dill sauce, quartered red potatoes, stewed tomatoes, dinner roll, sliced peaches. At UCC: Tomato soup, tuna salad on kaiser roll, cranberry red cabbage slaw, vanilla pudding, fresh fruit.

Saturday (UCC): Baked chicken, sautéed brussels sprouts, steamed red potatoes, dinner roll, mixed fruit. Sunday (UCC): Beef soft tacos, Mexican rice, beans, lettuce-tomato salad, fresh fruit, cookie.
